Wellness/spa/pool costs extra although everywhere marketed.
Backward facing Room with a view of the hotel trash system.
Better to choose a different option and not stay here. Definitely no 4*
You simply receive a 5 star service from start to finish. Amazing rooms, extremely clean, very accommodating staff. Really nice breakfast, parking available. You can't ask for more. They also have an indoor heated pool with many other services. You won't be disappointed here!
My experience was as a traveler on holiday in a foreign country.
- it was not convenient to get to for me. I had a driver but this place was a 90 minute drive away.
- €73 buys a day pass to the spa's amenities (sans massage) and dinner of assorted yummy seafood, meats, and cheeses.
- the lockers come with slippers, robe, body towel, and hand towel. There's no body wash or shampoo or anything in the showers so bring your own. There were hair dryers tho.
- I didn't understand the staff when they explained the rules and lay of the land in Italian, but I figured it out after a while. The staff were very friendly.
- the outdoor pool was heated which was lovely, and the colored lights really added nice ambiance.
- the dry sauna was wonderful as well (the wet sauna was closed due to COVID).
- didn't get to try the jacuzzi before they closed but it looked good.
- I would recommend this place and I'd go back there again if given the chance, now that I'm a little more familiar with it.
Federica is a very good masseuse. I found reception however to be very disorganized and did not communicate my needs to the staff. For this price I think they could try to be more professional. I am giving them a second chance however.
So I went back the following week for another massage with Federica at Regis and it was excellent as I expected it would be. What's more, there was definitely an absence of chaos this time at reception which I was very happy to see. In fact my whole visit was exceptionally peaceful in a calm environment. I definitely experienced more value this time. 👍
Only stayed for 1 night on business but have to say the hotel was well located and great value for money.||||Rooms are perhaps a little basic but perfectly fine overall. Very typical and perhaps dated slightly. Bathroom was nice and the …
We stayed elsewhere but came to the spa on a day pass (Euro 35 pp). The spa has an outdoor pool and terrace which is nice for lounging. Indoors there is a pool with attached jacuzzi jets, and a jet current to swim against. There is a steam …
We stayed here for a couple of nights while looking at potential properties in the local area to purchase. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with few accoutrements. The beds comfortable. It was very quiet the …
